We stayed in sunrise Villa # 11 and loved how private it was. The big terrace had a table, four chairs, and four sun beds beside a good-sized pool facing the sea. The mini pools are heated, and ours got sun all day, so it was pleasantly warm. It was peaceful at night and we hated having to leave. The main pool was chilly at first, but it’s larger than the photos suggest and good for a proper swim. All the staff were lovely, and it felt like very good value. I’d pick the sunrise Villa for privacy, since some of the other villa pools sit in the shared public area where people can see you. The place is close enough to walk into Fira for the sunset, while still being away from the crowds. There’s a good supermarket and restaurants nearby, and a bus stop just south of the supermarket if you don’t want to go to the main bus depot in Fira. We could have used more cutlery and crockery in the apartment. With just two of us it was fine, but four people would be washing up often. I’m sure Meggie would help if asked. There’s a bus to the airport, or booking dot com had the cheapest taxi.

The villas were lovely and roomy, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. Meggie, the property manager, was especially helpful. She arranged excursions, had a rental car brought to the property, shared recommendations, and answered our questions. The property is off the main road, with a grocery store and good local food within walking distance. We booked through a travel agent for our recent vacation in Santorini, and it was by far our nicest experience. We’ll definitely be back.

We’ve just come back from a week at these lovely villas. It’s a bit of a walk to the busy part of Thira, but the place itself is stunning. There were two small children among our group of eight, and the little private pools in front of the villas were perfect for them. Reception went out of their way to help, and the villas were kept beautifully clean with fresh towels each day. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, a really nice touch. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

Only two days into my four-day Santorini trip, and I’m already sad about leaving. It’s an amazing place, maybe one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The receptionist is really helpful, and there’s a private hot tub. It’s reasonably priced for what it is.
