The location at Neo Suites was just right, and I had delicious breakfasts. The manager and staff made sure I had what I needed and provided good service and value. I'd definitely recommend it.

We had junior suite 7, with a private plunge pool. The room had everything we needed, and the pool was lovely and cleaned every day. Breakfast was a continental buffet, with fresh omelettes available if you asked. They also provide free water during your stay. It's about a five-minute walk to Fira's main areas, but be ready for an uphill walk.

The plunge pool was especially welcome after a day out in the Mediterranean heat, and the bed was huge with great shower pressure. Our clean, spacious room looked just like the online photos, and we could even choose between two rooms when we arrived. I think Maria was the team member who helped us, and she and the rest of the Neo Suites team made our holiday start wonderfully, with lots of tips for things to do around the island. It's a quick two-minute walk to central Fira, but the hotel sits on a quiet street away from the noise, so we slept well. Cafes and a small supermarket are just a minute up the road. Great value, and a good choice if you like Fira's lively feel more than Oia.

We left very early on our final morning, and the staff thoughtfully packed us breakfast to take along. The homemade breakfasts had been fresh and delicious every day. They also helped make the trip special by recommending restaurants and activities and booking them for us. Our room felt new, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a Nespresso machine and a private pool that was a lifesaver in the heat. Neo Suites exceeded our expectations and made for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.
