Cosmos was thoughtful, kind, and helpful, offering useful suggestions for getting the most out of our Santorini visit. When there were delays, he followed up to make sure we caught our bus. The place was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet, with a great location and an easy walk to the central bus station. I'd recommend Niovi Studios to anyone visiting Fira.

The owner made our stay feel special, from advice about renting an ATV and booking a boat tour to surprising me with a personalized birthday cake. My boyfriend and I were happy with everything at Niovi: it was clean and spacious, and they refilled the water and snacks daily. The location was handy too, just a few minutes from cafes, bakeries, and the bus station. We stayed in August and still found it very affordable compared with other options. I’d recommend Niovi to friends visiting Santorini and would happily stay again.

Kosmas was one of the warmest hosts we’ve met in all our travels. He was quick to arrange our airport and ferry transfers, and took time to share useful tips on places to see and restaurants to try. The rooms were airy, spacious, and clean, and he even accommodated our last-minute request to extend our stay at Niovi. He was at reception early to say goodbye, too. We left feeling very looked after.

Kosmas and his wife and daughter made the stay memorable. He knows so much about the area, and it was lovely chatting with him. The apartment itself was tidy, refreshing, and really clean. A brilliant place to stay.

Our studio was spotless and cleaned every day, and the welcome from Mr Gosmas and Maria was lovely. The place has only four units, which made the service feel personal and friendly. It’s in a great part of Fira, Santorini, and was comfortable, clean, and affordable. Thanks again to Gosmas and Maria, we’d gladly recommend it.
