The staff were excellent, and the buffet was the best I’ve had at any hotel in Greece. Their wine suggestions were great too. Rooms feel modern and comfortable, with smart control panels, and the welcome drink, cold towel, and luggage help were thoughtful touches. The à la carte meal was fine, though nothing special. There are some real drawbacks. The hotel is isolated, there’s no ATM nearby, and the beach is rocky, though it improved on our last day. The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos. People keep sunbeds “reserved” all day, with no staff stepping in. When we needed medical help, we waited more than three hours, and there’s no doctor on site. The spa looks stylish, but inside it didn’t feel worth the price. For me, this is a solid four-star stay more than a five-star one.

The staff were helpful, polite, and attentive throughout, which made a real difference to my stay. We had to move rooms because of several problems with the first one. Our upgraded room had a private pool, though it didn’t feel completely private: apartments on the first floor have balconies directly above it. We were there just before high season, so there weren’t many neighbors around. The resort has some lovely spots and was fine overall, but for somewhere in this category I expected more closet space and fewer technical problems.

The evening shows were a real highlight for me. Six nights a week after dinner there were performances, including singers covering popular songs and oriental dancing. The beach service was quick, and I could order whatever I wanted through the hotel app. Reception staff were professional, very helpful, and spoke several languages well. It’s quiet and feels safe, and there aren’t people wandering around apart from guests and staff. The food is delicious, with lots of variety and plenty of healthier, less fatty choices. I’m on day five of a 14-day holiday and love everything about the place so far. I’m sure I’ll feel the same at the end :)

The dining room was the best part for us, with beautifully presented, high-quality dishes and what felt like real five-star cuisine. We had a lovely week here. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were modern, and there was a nice pool with plenty of activities for guests. You can get straight to the beach from the hotel, and the water is just a few steps from your beach bed. The beds were never all taken, so there was no need to hurry for a spot. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates high standards and quality. ❤️🍀🍀🍀

It was a quiet, cosy place to unwind, with not much happening around the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely and quite small. Our room was on the small side, which was manageable for a five-day visit but smaller than rooms at other hotels we’ve stayed in. The cleaning team were the best we’ve ever had.
