We really appreciated the daily room cleaning, and the rooms were clean. The staff were good, too. Breakfast was decent, with traditional Greek dishes, and dinner was an enjoyable buffet for 17 Euro. Thanks for making our stay comfortable 😃😃🙏 The hotel has spectacular views over the sea.

The hotel had a peaceful, relaxing feel, and we loved the local food and the comfortable, well-equipped, clean rooms. We had such a memorable time in Crete last October, even though I'm only getting around to writing this now. From the start, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone, from reception and the bar to the restaurant, chefs, and cleaning ladies, was lovely and went out of their way to help. A special thanks to Zuzanna and Pat for being so thoughtful and taking such good care of us. Sorry if I've got a name wrong or misspelled it, I'm not completely sure I remember correctly! ;) It was a perfect escape, and we'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Crete. We'll definitely be back.

Our suite's private balcony gave us the most breathtaking sunsets, and the suite itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. I'm writing this from the suite, looking out at the sea, and still hardly know what to say. From the moment we arrived at Sofia Luxury Suites, the experience felt magical. The property blends modern luxury with traditional Greek charm, and every staff member we've met has been warm and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. Their tips for local restaurants and activities have been spot-on every time. Crete has been pure paradise for us. We already can't wait to return for another luxurious, relaxing escape. Five stars don't feel like enough!

We loved how quiet and uncrowded Sofia resort was, and the boss was friendly and liked chatting with guests. The bar above the pool has an amazing sea view. The pool area was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, though the water could have been a little warmer. The walk to the beach is pleasant and not too far, with markets, bus stops, and local train stations along the way where you can book different trips. Our rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day, and the hotel areas were kept very clean. The restaurant food was tasty, and the staff were polite and always smiling. The receptionists were welcoming and ready to help. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back!
