I loved how quiet the beach was in the mornings. It was never crowded, and watching the sunrise in complete silence was pure relaxation. You can enjoy both the beach and pool. The beach is beautiful and has sunbeds, but bring beach shoes because the small pebbles can hurt your feet if you walk a lot. The water gets deep quickly, up to your chest almost as soon as you step in, which we actually liked for swimming. The staff made a big difference: breakfast manager Roula was amazing, kind, attentive, and always checking that people were happy. The girls helping her were fantastic too, and they changed small things at the buffet each morning to keep it feeling fresh. The reception manager was just as helpful, and housekeeping was lovely. Our room was cleaned daily, and they happily helped whenever we asked. Rooms are spacious, with air conditioning, a terrace, and chairs. The nightly price was the most competitive we found. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. 💙

The room was spacious, and breakfast was really good. Everyone on staff was friendly and cheerful. The downsides were weak shower pressure, water temperature that changed at random, and being woken early by the cleaning crew. Some dishes were overcooked, though most of the food was excellent.

The beach is right beside the hotel, which makes up for being far from the city. Rooms were fantastic and well maintained, staff caring and kind, and the food was excellent. Portions were so generous for the price that I struggled to finish dinner every night. The breakfast buffet was great too. Lovely stay, I recommend it.

The location was excellent, with a supermarket five minutes away and lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was a very quiet place, and we could relax on the balcony overlooking the beach from our first-floor apartment. The property has two-floor apartment studios, and ours was spacious, with plenty of wardrobe hangers and room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook. The family were so welcoming and friendly. The resort restaurant was really good, and breakfast was included in our booking with plenty of choices. The moussaka was delicious and well cooked, and the mango juice was great too. There’s a clean private beach with enough sunbeds for everyone and a cool atmosphere, plus a pool with both deep and shallow areas. They cleaned our room every other day. When we checked out early in the morning, they gave us breakfast to eat later. It’s a great spot for families. If we come back to Crete - Chania, we’ll stay here. 🥰

The apartment was simple, but in excellent shape and perfectly adequate. Staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to lend a hand with a smile. Having Horizon Restaurant close by was a big plus, with convenient, enjoyable dining and a sea view.
