Alexandros

We canceled after finding that the room was missing the washing machine we had specifically wanted, along with a few other things listed as included. The reception staff member was very unpleasant, behaved outrageously, and we couldn't communicate with her. I called Booking twice for help, but that made no difference to her or the terrible service. Booking helped us cancel, and now we're having to push to get our money returned because it hasn't been refunded to our account. I've never had an experience like this. It's a scandal, and I don't understand where all the good reviews come from. I'd warn people away from this place.

The price was reasonable, and the room was good for the money. It was clean, medium-sized, well laid out, had a balcony, and was centrally located. The toilet worked, though it could use chrome towel bars and a higher toilet paper dispenser.

I stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. It's a lovely little hotel right in the city centre, with lovely staff and exceptional service. By the end, the staff felt like family and did everything they could to help with our travel plans. I'd recommend it to business travellers looking for convenience and personal service.

The location made everything easy, with a bank, cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket nearby. I stayed for about five nights, from Dec 30, 2019 to Jan 4, 2020, and Alexandros was really nice. The room was clean and cozy, the staff were hospitable, and breakfast was nice too. I'd choose to stay again when I visit gianitza. From "Mitha" Indonesia🇮🇩 💙
