I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The beds were old and uncomfortable, the rooms felt small and poorly maintained, and the housekeeping needs improvement. We also encountered bedbugs, and management didn’t handle our concern well when we asked to move rooms. Izabelly, the manager, was very rude and acted like she was some super-mega hotelier. She asked us for another 25 e per day to change rooms. The transport arranged through the property also ended up costing more than we expected, and pricing and partnerships should be explained more clearly. The rooms and facilities weren’t what we expected. I would avoid this place, there are so many better options than this hole.

My ferry to Mykonos was canceled because of the weather, and even though I let them know early, they weren’t helpful at all. Their replies were strange and arrogant, including, “Why should we refund your money?” I’m really dissatisfied with how they communicated. There are already plenty of reviews about this, and if I’d seen them, I wouldn’t have booked. I absolutely don’t recommend them. If zero stars had been an option, that’s what I would’ve given.

The pool had plenty of room to relax in the sun and cool off after exploring Mykonos. Our room was comfortable, spotless and well kept, and the common areas were just as clean. The staff were welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. The decor is beautiful and gives the place a relaxing feel as soon as you arrive.

We stayed in the studio for four nights and were very happy with it. The room was very clean and the service was good. There’s a market across from the hotel, and the wind mill and beach are within walking distance. Highly recommended.

We paid 270 eur per night and got a dirty room with no bed for our children, no hot water, and broken furniture and a broken bed. The furniture looked like it had been found in a trash. The hotel didn’t look at all like the pictures on booking.com, it felt like a prison with no window. The owner, Isabella, is a disgrace to Greece’s great tourism industry. Worst hotel in the entire Greece.
