Sunny apartment with 2 bedrooms and Garden

The ordeal started before we even got inside. Six of us arrived for the agreed 3 o'clock check-in, but there was no key where it was supposed to be. We spent two hours trying to reach someone by phone. Eventually, we were told the cleaner would bring the key in five minutes. Another hour and a half went by with nobody arriving and no answer to our calls. Then, with no apology, we were told to wait until 9 pm. We were left standing with our luggage, and the advertised communal area had nowhere to sit. It wasn't private either, as the apartment building has regular tenants. Once we finally entered, the place smelled damp and had mold in spots. It was dirty throughout, even though the cleaners who gave us the key had just left. The tables weren't clean enough to put our things on, let alone food, and anything dropped on the floor felt like it needed chemical disinfection. Sheets, pillows, and towels had stains and holes from heavy use. The spare linens were in dirty closets that didn't have room for our belongings. The bathroom was the worst. The drain backed up and flooded the floor every time someone showered, so we had to keep mopping up water. A sewer smell lingered and spread through the windowless basement bathroom. They did have two new TVs, if that's what matters to you. For us, this place wasn't even worth sleeping in.

We were kept waiting outside with our things for six hours, and nobody let us know about the delay or answered the phone. After all that, I asked for a better price, but nothing came of it. I was also told a refund wasn't possible. There was no apology at any point. When we finally got in at night, the accommodation smelled of damp and mold and was dirty. We were fed up before we even went to bed. The bathroom drain was clogged, smelled awful, and flooded. The people in charge handled the whole thing badly, with no notice about the long wait, no apology, and no better treatment for the trouble. Truly unacceptable. This was the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in, and the worst choice I've made. Stay away.
