Destino Luxury Villas Gournes

We were there for 10 days, and the villa was gorgeous, with a sea view. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, and the attention to comfort and detail was just right. It felt safe, and the area was quiet. A small beach with a beach bar is a two minute walk away. Local restaurants are around 10-15 minutes on foot, good supermarkets a five minute drive, and a busier area with lots of bars and restaurants is seven minutes by taxi. Our hosts were friendly, attentive, and available whenever we had questions.

The villa itself is nice, with a good pool and a lovely host, and having a parking spot was handy. Still, there are three apartments in the same building, so you’re very close to the landlord and other guests and can hear everything. Some rooms don’t have doors, and you have to clean the apartment yourself. The view looks onto dry land with graffiti, which isn’t ideal. There are restaurants nearby, though you’ll need a car to reach the best ones.

For our group of six, the villa worked really well. Each couple had a room and private bathroom, plus there was common space for spending time together. The villa was just like the photos, very clean, and equipped for a week’s stay. We could see the sea across the street, and the pool and sunbeds were great for relaxing. Eleni was kind and friendly, welcomed us with traditional rachi, and bought us some traditional dessert. She suggested places and restaurants and was always available when we needed anything. I hope we can come back someday. I really recommend it! ❤️☀️

What made the villa stay so memorable was Eleni. She welcomed us like family and was thoughtful, kind, and warm in every little detail. We had beautiful sea views, peaceful surroundings, and all the comforts we could have asked for. We left with lovely memories and full hearts. Thanks, Eleni, we can’t wait to return! 💫
