St. Constantin Beach Hotel and Spa

The buffet was okay, with different options and themed meals such as Greek, Italian and Asian, though it wasn't great. The snack bar was fine but didn't have much variety. There’s also a mini market open until 10pm, which is handy. Our room was great, with its own access to the pool, a huge bed, a nice shower, air conditioning and a TV. Room service cleaned every day except Sunday.

The beach, little shops and restaurants are all nearby, and the general atmosphere was fine. We were satisfied with the food overall, as we expected medium quality, though some days were better than others and twice we couldn't find any meat. The table staff were always smiling and lovely, which we really liked. The desserts deserve a special mention. I don't usually enjoy sweets much, but they were really good, so the chefs deserve a bonus! Our room was quite nice, with no issues with the layout or furniture. The doors wouldn't lock at first, but that was fixed within an hour. Toilet paper and shower gel were missing too. Those were sorted out, but only after we reminded them twice. We stayed for a week on an all inclusive basis. Service was generally really good, except at the bar. Despite being all inclusive, we were meant to have just one drink per person. That was frustrating when we were spending the day at pools a five minute walk away and kept having to go back. Drinks were only served until 22:00, and even though we were in line before then, we weren't served. That affected how we felt about the service. The drinks were poor, made with syrups and cheap tasting. We also found rakia in drinks that were meant to have rum, and the taste was awful.

The entertainment team were fabulous. My little boy loved waving and calling hi to them, and for the first time he wanted to go to the kids club regularly. The evening entertainment was good too. The hotel grounds were clean and really well maintained, and our room was cleaned daily, with towels changed every other day. We checked in on 24th July and were shown to a spacious, very clean room near reception. The bathroom was a lovely size. There weren't any drawers, just a wardrobe, so we used the spare bed for my little one's clothes that couldn't be hung up. The food was nice, with plenty of choice and always something worth going back for seconds. There were lots of desserts. The drinks were okay, though I personally didn't like the cola brand and think Pepsi would be better. The hotel is close to the beach and a few supermarkets. The nearest water sports are an hour's walk away, which was the only downside. We had a lovely, relaxing time and would go back. They do take your wristbands off at 11am, but make sure you've had breakfast. Depending on your departure time, you can still get snacks at the pool bar until 7pm, which was great. Thanks to everyone at St constantin and the entertainment team for giving us a holiday to remember.

The food was good, and we had a perfect room with a nice balcony area. It's a really nice hotel in a good spot, near the beach and a few bars. The entertainment team make an effort to get to know guests, and there are activities during the day if that's your thing. The bar staff were very nice, especially the Polish girl who'd recently started. I never saw her without a smile. Great hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone.
