The area is quiet and peaceful, and the owner made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful holiday here. A well-stocked supermarket is close by, and the garden is beautifully cared for. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. We didn’t try the food option, so I can’t say what it’s like. Wi-Fi was a little weak, which could be a drawback if you depend on it, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. A lovely, relaxing place that we’d happily recommend.

We were rescued at the last minute by the lovely team, who found us a beautiful room. The place was clean and welcoming, and we had a wonderful stay. It’s peaceful and calming, while still very close to Gouvia. The pool was a perfect place to unwind, and breakfast was delicious. Thanks to the staff for a lovely holiday.

Kostas, the property manager, was kind and helpful, and gave us great tips on where to eat in Gouvia and Corfu Town, including places that deliver. Isabella Country House had a peaceful atmosphere that was just right for relaxing. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable after long days exploring the island. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return to Corfu. Highly recommended!

We had a great holiday here in Corfu. It’s well located, about 20 minutes from the city and the beaches on the west side. The pool is great, and the staff are very nice and helpful.

Our balcony looked out over the grounds, with hills and mountains in the distance. It was peaceful, and we slept with the balcony doors and shutters open most nights without being disturbed by noise. The property is off a small country road, behind a large electric security gate, and has CCTV. We saw or heard nothing to suggest the sorts of problems you might get in the middle of a resort town. The manager was very helpful with information, right up to our departure, when he printed the passenger locator forms we needed to fly during Covid. The owner was friendly too, and their small kindnesses helped make this one of our best holidays ever. The pool is about 10m long and quite deep. In mid June, it was comfortable for swimming on a warm day. There are good sun loungers and parasols, plus a couple of large tables and chairs beneath sun shades. Each studio or room seems different. Some have a lounge area, while others have a balcony, patio, or terrace. Ours suited a couple without children: a large, very comfortable bed, a dressing table/desk, an armchair, and a balcony with a solid table, two chairs, and a bed settee. There was also a small kitchenette with a halogen hot plate, microwave, fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. The shower was powerful on full, but the bathroom could use a shelf or cabinet for longer stays. We used a small pine table from the bedroom for the things we needed often.
