We had a really great week and I’d stay here again. The people running the hotel were wonderful, attentive, and ready to help with almost anything. Restaurants are close enough to walk to, and being right on the beach is a big plus. Just be careful on the roads: there’s no space for pedestrians, so getting hit by a car feels like a real possibility. You’ll need a vehicle if you plan to eat elsewhere or cook in the kitchen, since the hotel offers very little beyond breakfast. The air conditioning wasn’t enough for four people, and it shut off whenever we left because the key controls it. I also wish there had been proper beds for two parents and two kids, and air conditioning in both rooms.

There’s plenty of parking by the clean, uncrowded beach, and the hotel itself is spotless. The staff are so friendly that you feel almost like part of the family. Breakfast is served with real care, the beds are genuinely comfortable, and the air conditioning cools the room well. The kitchen is practical and has everything you need. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi could be better. I can honestly recommend this place.

The beach nearby was one of the best we’ve visited in Crete, and the location worked really well for exploring the area, including Balos beach. Our apartment felt brand new, with all the amenities in great condition and maintenance clearly kept to a high standard. We were welcomed with fruit and a bottle of wine, a lovely touch. It’s a great choice for families wanting a quiet vacation. Thanks to Niki and your family, we’ll definitely come back for a longer stay!

The deluxe villa felt very roomy and was equipped well. It was also super clean, with a big terrace looking out over the bay across 180 degrees.
