Panos was a marvelous host and practically our concierge, always attentive and full of knowledge about Patmos. Villa Leda sits beside his other villa, Sophia, on a beautiful cliff edge, with 180-degree sea views. The rooms are simple but tasteful. This is a special place, and I’ll certainly come back.

The beach is conveniently close, and the villa pairs modern comfort with a sense of antiquity, plus breathtaking views. Panos, the owner, was wonderfully attentive and had plenty of useful tips about Patmos’s history and places to visit. Words don’t quite do this little Greek villa justice. Until next time!

Panos is a passionate storyteller, and hearing about the island’s history from him was a real highlight. We learned more than we did from a guide. The villas are clean and well kept, with an outstanding view over the sea. We caught some incredible sunrises and even a moonrise. A fabulous place to take time off and enjoy life.
