The owners were friendly and relaxed, and I had a lovely stay by the sea. The place sits right on the beach, with its own private garden among olive and fig trees, so it felt completely relaxing. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with a small hob, fridge, and sink. The en-suite shower is great and has excellent water pressure, though it takes a little while for the water to start. You might want to bring your own pillows. It was very clean when I arrived, but cleaning during the stay only happened every three days and could have been more thorough. There's a fantastic taverna right on the beach with amazing food. Blue beach bar is good for drinks and snacks, and a couple of campsites nearby have bars if you're after that sort of nightlife. Highly recommended for a peaceful seaside break.
