It's about a ten minute walk into town, which isn't ideal if you have mobility issues. The location works well for F10 beach and Nicks taverna, though. The property could use some TLC. It was the end of the season, so perhaps things will be fixed before next year. Maid service was poor this time, unlike our previous stay when it was excellent.

Aristotelis is a wonderful person and a really special host. The houses are huge, peaceful, and cozy, with all the amenities a family needs. We had a great experience, and the villas are well worth recommending. The island itself is a must have experience. Thank you!

We stayed in May/June, and this air conditioned villa was a lovely choice for that time of year. It has a spacious veranda and is right opposite Ftenagia beach, just a 30 seconds walk from the fine taverna there.
