Luuks Luxury Accommodation

There were eight of us in the family, and we had a great time at Luuks. Thea and Reno were wonderful hosts, so kind and attentive, with helpful recommendations and excellent service. We loved the modern, clean hotel and its beautiful decor. The beach is an easy 8-minute walk away, and the hotel stays quiet at night. Breakfast was great too.

The customer service and lack of flexibility were very disappointing. We could provide official medical papers showing why we needed to cancel our August booking after a broken leg, but the hotel wouldn't cancel it or suggest another option. We even offered to pay extra to move the stay to the following year, but couldn't get any willingness to communicate or compromise. Based on this experience, we wouldn't recommend the accommodation.

There’s a bakery and pastry shop right by the hotel, along with two supermarkets, and the beach is an easy 8-10 minute walk away. Some reviews talk about traffic noise, but we didn’t find it an issue; closing the window was enough. The hotel also takes cleanliness seriously, which I really appreciated. The coffee here changed our minds about coffee in the area. We’d tried it in local cafés first and honestly found it terrible, but the hotel’s was incredibly good, one of the best we’ve had. We made a little habit of picking up sweets at the nearby pastry shop and having them with coffee at the bar. Breakfast had lots of options, with something different each day, and the staff kindly packed some for our early excursion. They were attentive, kind, and ready to help with requests. I loved the design and cosy feel of the place too. Many thanks to the staff for their warmth and friendliness, and I hope they get only kind, pleasant guests in the future. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

A lovely place to unwind is the pool bar, where we enjoyed tasty food and drinks. Breakfast was well organized and delicious, with plenty of fresh things to choose from. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. Our room was cleaned every day and stayed spotless throughout. Luuks Luxury is beautifully done and feels luxurious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely come back.
