The location is the main plus, close to the center, beach, and shops or markets. Wi-Fi was decent. But we waited from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. to check in, and the place felt overpriced. Over our 10 days, neither the towels nor sheets were changed. The dishes were unusable, and the bathroom door, if you can call it a door, offered no privacy. Two stars, thanks to the location.

We had a good experience overall in this small city, where everything is close by. Our first-floor apartment was clean and spacious, with a big terrace and a new kitchen. There were two of us, and it had two twin beds. The cleaning lady was lovely and helpful. The pool is older, but it wasn't dirty or anything bad.

First day, we had to wait until 4 p.m. to get our room with the children. The staff yell at you, and the cleaner wanted to beat me just because I asked whether the room was empty. In 2024, Aljona again shouted at us after 9, saying we weren't their guests. The toilet doesn't work, it's dirty, and this hotel isn't for children. The pool isn't good for children either. All the children from the hotel got an infection on their toes. Never again.

The stay came with extra charges we hadn't expected, 5 euros a day for air conditioning and 1 euro a day for internet. That internet was very weak and sometimes cut out. The bathroom was in bad shape and hadn't been renovated. We were in the downstairs apartment by the main entrance, with no privacy inside or on the terrace. We had clearly said when booking that we did not want a downstairs apartment, but the owner didn't honor our agreement. The apartment wasn't cleaned once during our stay. Towels were changed once, but the sheets weren't. When we were leaving, the owner was very rude and started cleaning right away instead of letting us pack in peace. I don't recommend this apartment.
