Getting to the center was easy, about a 15-20 minute walk, and a grocery store was only five minutes away. We had a spacious enough, very quiet room for two, which made for a relaxing stay. The owner's quick, easy communication and the code-based keyless entry made everything smooth. There is a parking lot just left of the entrance, a real help with the area's narrow streets. The city itself is clean, though the immediate area around the apartment was a little dirty.

The room was lovely and close to the port, and the owners quickly and kindly sorted out a cleaning issue after we messaged them. Still, the neighborhood felt dirty, with little to do and no restaurants in walking distance at night. If being close enough to walk to the port is essential, this place works. I'd rather stay in the Old Town again, as we did last year and the years before, enjoy walking around there in the evening, and pay a small taxi fare to get to the port. That's simpler for me.

We had a good stay and liked relaxing on the outdoor balcony. The place is cozy and you can reach the city by bus or with a slow walk. Having a lift was a big help with luggage. The one issue was the bathroom floor, which gets wet easily and doesn't drain or dry well.

The rooms are comfortable, the design is lovely, and the place is spotless and very convenient. Service is truly amazing. Whenever we come to Irakleio, this is where we stay.

As soon as we walked into the suite, we were wowed. Great setup for four friends or family, and it was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This is the place for a group in Heraklion 🤩
