The rooms were comfy and clean, the view was beautiful, and the food was top tier. The beach and water were so clean, too. Please try the KB Spa. It's small but wonderful. We popped in to ask about the free massage and were so impressed that we booked several others. Eva, Popi, and Hana make customer service look easy. What really stood out was the staff across the resort. Everyone was friendly, kind, and ready to help. Nina, you're the best! People didn't just greet us, they also asked how our stay was going, whether we needed anything, and if we were having fun. They offered ideas and options we wouldn't have known about otherwise. You can tell they take real pride in and love this magical place, and they seem to enjoy helping people. I feel lucky to have stayed here. Best vacation ever!

We've traveled all over and love all-inclusive resorts, but this one was on another level. The food was high quality, with lots of choice, and the staff were great. We loved Swell and Si La for dinner, and the buffet was excellent too. At the beach bar, the food was really good, and you could press a button to have someone come take your order. The beach was perfect, with clear turquoise water and plenty of cabanas at no extra charge. The resort is very pet friendly. Hermes, a beautiful golden retriever, is the general manager and loves pets, and there are about five lovely, entertaining cats around the resort. The staff were welcoming and the rooms spacious, clean, updated, and comfortable, with a great shower and tub. It's about 13 minutes from the airport. The drive in looks a little questionable, through a forest with dated buildings, but things are amazing once you arrive. We came to relax, past our party stage, and it was just right. A private airport transfer is worth getting, and the all-inclusive package with a suite and partial sea view is well worth it. I love it here, and would rate it higher than five if I could!

My family and I had a fabulous stay at this beautiful five-star resort in Crete this week. What made it especially memorable was the genuine warmth and hospitality from everyone on the hotel staff. We could walk straight from our room to the water, and the buffet breakfast had healthy, fresh, locally produced food. There were complimentary yoga and pilates classes, plus a midweek cocktail party. We can't wait to come back!

A great choice if you're looking for peace, relaxation, and good food. Knossos Beach Resort had fantastic spa facilities and top-notch personalized service. It's less than 20 minutes from the city, and 20 minutes from the city centre. With room service, a restaurant, and a bar on site, everything we needed was there. Highly recommended.
