The beds were so comfortable, and the suite was modern and clean. It had a jacuzzi too, which was a nice extra. The whole place had the look of a fancy resort, and we had a very pleasant stay. Thanks to our hosts, everything was perfect.

Everything was well equipped and looked after. I gave it 4 points because the airplanes made their “music” during the day.

Sofia was easy to communicate with through Booking.com, and the air conditioning worked well in the warm weather. The hotel was clean and well kept, and we liked relaxing by the pool. Being close to the airport was handy for a short stay, though planes were noticeable all day and could bother light sleepers. We weren't given pool towels, and the flat iron we were promised turned out to be a steam iron that didn't do a good job on shirts. The big New York-themed picture felt out of place on Crete, and the very soft bed wasn't comfortable for us. For the price, we had better stays elsewhere on the island, though this is still a good option if quick airport access matters.

Sofia was a great communicator, and we really appreciated her hospitality. The property itself was beautiful!

There was loads of room for all five of us in the apartment, and we found the beds comfortable and the bathroom lovely. The pool was beautiful, with plenty of space and beds to relax in the garden. Everything matched the listing exactly. The apartment and grounds were beautiful, and the hosts did so much to help us feel welcome and at ease. We'll definitely come back.
