Yorgos was especially helpful. He listened patiently to my rough online-researched plans for Crete and shared recommendations, and he knew someone who could rent me a modern car at a good price. I spent one November night in a private double room on my first visit to Heraklion. The hostel was very clean, centrally located, and quiet despite being in the city. Its roof terrace was a nice spot to spend time with other guests. The hostel arranged an affordable, reliable airport transfer for me, too. I’d happily stay again when I’m in Heraklion.

The beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to get up, and the rooms were impressively clean and comfortable. The place has a peaceful, welcoming feel, with decorative details that give it its own character. Staff were both professional and genuinely friendly, and the location puts you close to what you might need. I’d recommend it to anyone after comfort, style, and care in the details.

The rooftop bar was a great place to meet people, and the kitchen was spacious with a large fridge. My room locker fit my big backpack, and the showers were really clean. There’s a nice cafe across the street for food and drinks, and lots of other things are conveniently close by. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Crete.

The rooftop was cozy, and having a bar up there made it a perfect spot for a relaxed evening. I had a great stay at So Young Hostel. My female dorm was lovely and even had a balcony. The staff were really friendly, especially the volunteers Zsanett, Matilde and Maju.

A lovely week, thanks! The location was great, the rooms were clean, and the rooftop was cool. Everyone on staff was super friendly and nice. I’d love to come back.
