They even had a cold buffet waiting when we arrived late, which was a nice surprise. The food was fine, though a little more salt would sometimes have helped. Rooms have a handy laundry rack, and the pool towels don't really cost extra if you keep using the first one they give you. There's also a beach belonging to another hotel that you can use. It's a 20-30 minute drive from Heraklion. The hotel is clean, with several pools and some slides. The water felt a bit cold in October, but we still went swimming. A lovely stay.

The birthday welcome was so thoughtful: before we arrived, the staff were already kind and attentive, and they made the occasion special with a decorated table, balloons, wine, and wishes from the whole team. We loved the relaxed feel, the food choices, snack bar, gelateria, and daily entertainment, which was fun and well done. The facilities are kept in great shape, from the caring kids' club staff and playground to the lovely pools, including one with seawater and a sea view and children's pools with slides. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Parking was always available, and the Hersonissos location worked perfectly for us. We had a wonderful stay at Arminda Hotel & Spa and recommend it especially for families.

My aunt stayed here last year and said the hotel and entertainment had improved a lot since then. My cousins had a lovely time at the kids club, and the entertainment was really nice, with a lot of effort put into it. Wonderful!

After our conference in the hotel's wet area, we had a massage package and found the experience unforgettable. The spa staff were excellent, and I'd highly recommend it. For a 4-star hotel, the spa is definitely 5-star. Thank you all!
