Elios Hill - Sun Kissed Happiness

Elios Hill was calm and welcoming, with beautiful design, spotless surroundings, and lovely views. The whole team were kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Since it's a newly opened hotel, it exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return on our next trip to Crete. Highly recommend.

Our daughter's birthday was made so special by the staff, who went above and beyond. Joanna, the Guest Relations Manager, George, the Hotel Manager, Jessica, the Spa Manager, and Koutandos, the Front Office Manager, all showed such kindness and professionalism. The spa was the best we've experienced, from the relax room and facilities to the treatments. We also loved the Mexican restaurant, where the team gave warm, attentive service at the level of a top fine dining place. The shows were fantastic, especially Mamma Mia, Fire and Ice, and The Circus. Thanks as well to housekeeping, the bar team, and the entertainment crew. It was lovely to see management working alongside the team and helping with all parts of the hotel. The food was exceptional, with lots of choice, and we enjoyed having adult and family pools plus a family aqua park for different ages. The decor is beautiful, and the whole place smells clean and fresh. We've stayed at other five-star hotels, but this one stood out because of its staff. It was one of our best holidays ever, and we can't wait to come back.

We had a small issue with our room, but the staff sorted it immediately and moved us. They were lovely and very helpful throughout. The food was nice, and there are a few restaurants in the hotel. The adults-only pool is gorgeous. It's around a four or five minute drive to Hersonissis, or a 25 to 30 minute walk. A really nice hotel with super friendly staff.

The kids' facilities were brilliant: two soft play areas, a splash park, a water park, and an Astra turf covered football area. I've never seen a hotel with so many high chairs, plastic plates and cups, and a kids' buffet. The staff were amazing, so helpful, kind, and friendly. Communal spaces were immaculate and the gardens were really well looked after. The steep hill gave us a workout after the buffet. We found only two downsides: daily room cleaning could have been better, for example, surfaces could have been wiped, and the hotel feels isolated. A 10 euro taxi gets you anywhere about 10 minutes away, and the drivers were friendly and drove well. We had a super week at Elios Hill.
