We booked this villa for eight days for four people at the end of July 2024. The house and rooms were well kept, but on the first day we found that the air conditioning wasn’t working and reported it to the landlord. Two technicians came midweek and said they’d fix it, but we never saw them again. We complained to booking.com, but they couldn’t arrange compensation with the owner. Poor service. That’s no way to treat guests.

The villa itself was lovely, but we spent the whole week without air conditioning, even though we were told it would be repaired. We also had no water for an entire day, which meant no shower and no usable toilet.

Beautiful place, spotlessly clean, and the host looked after us so well!
