The food was the best part for me: it was tasty and fresh, and there were sun loungers available by the pool. Reception staff were professional, and Martin at the main bar left me with very positive memories. Some other staff looked exhausted, especially the blonde woman at the pool bar. There were only a few daytime activities, some aerobics, yoga, and a ball game, all run by the same woman who also greets guests at dinner. The rooms were cleaned fairly thoroughly, though leaving a tip didn't seem to make much difference. I have good memories of the stay, but I don't think the hotel deserves a four-star rating. A few small changes would make me more likely to return. There was no water, coffee, or tea in the room, and both the luggage locker and scale cost extra. A €10 towel deposit is understandable, but paying €1 for each towel exchange feels unnecessary. There was also nowhere to shower and freshen up after checking out by 11 AM if you had a late flight.

We paid almost 1400€ per person for six nights, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. For a TUI four-star hotel, it fell far short. I compare it with other four-star TUI destinations, and at best I'd give this one 2.5 stars. The food was well below what I expected, varying wildly from 9/10 some days to 3/10 on others. Drinks were 2/10. Towels for the pool and use of the room safe cost extra, as did many things I'd expect to be included. We didn't miss the food or pool, and had the most fun away from the hotel at beaches on the south of the island. The pebble beach right outside is beautiful, though, and that is a plus. There was no real peace here. I couldn't nap in the garden or by the pool, and the noise made me want to escape. Planes flew very low over the hotel every 15-30 minutes, day and night. It may be mentioned in the description, but that's the sort of detail people don't read. Cicadas were even louder. The lifeguard seemed to assume everyone was there to bother each other. We jumped feet first into a clear area of the pool, without diving, and he still came over to tell us diving wasn't allowed. It's ridiculous when you're trying to have a little fun with your kids. The bathroom plumbing was disgusting. The bathtub and sink were run down, and the open sewage system came up through the floor and overflowed. It seems badly built, and you needed flippers to avoid walking through your own bathwater. The sheets didn't cover the whole bed, so body hair was visible under the uncovered edge. There was just one key card, which is hopeless for a family. One bartender, a young guy, seemed not to want to be there. I asked what kind of whisky was in a bottle and got a rude "I don't know." Then he turned the bottle around and said, "I don't know, you look." The minigolf course was never used. Put out some clubs and balls so children can play in the evenings. Aside from the show, there wasn't much to do at night. The two pool tables should be free; charging a few pennies for something that could give the lobby a good atmosphere makes no sense when people are already paying for an all-inclusive stay. The outdoor gym was too hot, and I never saw anyone use it. I'd fix the sewage in the rooms where it overflows, include a pool towel, and have someone walk around the lobby offering drinks, tea or coffee, and perhaps a cookie. During the hottest part of the day, there should be ice cream, not only from 16:30-17:30 and just for children, as the sign suggests. Evening drinks could come with usual snacks like chips or nuts. I'd also like to see more of Greece's fruit. I only saw apples, oranges, pears, watermelon, and grapes. Figs, peaches, small cucumbers, cherries, melons, or papaya would be nice. I can get apples, oranges, and pears at home, and oranges aren't even in season in summer, so they won't be very good. I won't go back. This place has the potential to be great, but real changes are needed, and the current state feels like an insult to the hard-working people here. Knowing how much better other hotels can be, I'd tell people to go elsewhere. I can't understand the rating. Maybe people who gave good reviews haven't stayed somewhere better, or others just didn't bother to review it.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel made a perfect base for exploring the area. There was plenty of tasty food to choose from. Excellent stay, and I'd happily come back and recommend it.

There's plenty to do here, with tennis and volleyball courts, table tennis, crazy golf, and evening entertainment for all ages. The pool is nice, the shop is well stocked, and there's a pleasant bar. Meals had a great selection, with friendly, efficient service. Rooms and beds were comfortable, too. The hotel is right by the beach, and a local bus from the main road to Rhodes Old Town is only a short ride and costs €3.

We loved our vacation here and would happily come back. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help, and all the buffets were lovely. Rooms are clean and nice, though the beds are much too firm. It was manageable, but they could be improved. Music at the snack bar made it a bit loud, and I wish it had been quieter.
