The location is great, with parking and an easy walk to the beach, market and supermarkets, including Lidl, Ab, Sklavenitis, Halkiadakis and Synka. The street and surrounding area are quiet, decent and safe. We stayed for two months, and the host was kind, cheerful, attentive and very hospitable. The house has three bedrooms and a spacious, airy combined kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has a single bed and a baby cot. There’s a portable heater/cooler in the children's room, and air conditioning in the other rooms and living room. It has a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a small toilet and a washing machine. There’s plenty of kitchenware, towels, sheets, duvets, quilts and blankets. A perfect place to stay in Yerapetra, definitely recommend it.

We spent two months here, and it’s well suited to a longer stay. The owners are warm, friendly and helpful, and looked after us during our time there. The house is spacious and well located, with plenty of parking and many supermarkets within walking distance. It’s simple and functional, with an adequately equipped kitchen and household items. There are two bedrooms with double beds, plus a children's room, a shower cubicle and toilet, and a separate small toilet. A perfect option for a larger group.
