Alexander Rooms & Apartments

It's clean and quiet, with an excellent location for an overnight stay before an early ferry. There are lots of shops and places to eat nearby. The apartment itself could use renovation, though. Everything is old, worn and shabby, half the towels are overused, and the bathroom ventilation is weak.

Alexandros, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful, always available to us. The apartments are in a convenient spot near the port, bus station, city centre and beaches. Our room had everything we needed and a wonderful view of the sea and port. One of the best places to stay in central Igoumenitsa. We absolutely recommend it!

The price and quality are a great match. It's not an Excelsior or Hilton suite, but for what it costs, it's excellent. The room has new air conditioning, a kitchenette, smart TV, double-glazed windows and mosquito nets. The self check-in is very convenient, and communication with the manager was great, so arriving late was no problem. It's also close to the city centre, bars, restaurants and shops, and only a three-minute walk from the domestic harbour. I've stayed here before and will be back. Highly recommended!

We worried the central spot on the beach promenade, with all its cafes, restaurants and activity, might be noisy at night, but it wasn't. The location is perfect, and check-in was easy. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a sea view. Alexander was kind and helpful.
