I had a great time. It was even better in person, very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning lady did a lovely job with a smile each morning. In low season, reception is only staffed in the mornings, so coordinate with them if you'll arrive late. Thank you!

The rooms were comfortable, clean and very affordable, great value for the money. The staff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful. It's about a 10-minute walk to both the bus station and the city centre.

We were very happy with our stay. The service was great, including when our flight delay meant we arrived late. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a sea view. Fira's main area is a short walk away. Reception gives you a map, though it's easy to find your way by following the same road the hotel is on.

The room, number 102, smelled strongly of urine, and it made my three-night stay unpleasant. At first, a powerful fragrance in the room covered it up. Once that smell faded later in the day, I could clearly smell urine coming from the bathroom, and it carried across the whole room. I'm sure the staff know about it, but they still rent out the room and try to mask the odor with strong fragrances. I should have asked to change rooms, but I didn't want to pack and unpack all over again. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and would never stay here again.
