Everything seemed okay until bedtime. I reached for a blanket because I can't sleep without one and wanted to get a little warmer. Then my eye was red and swollen, and so were my arms. Bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugss!!! Beware of this mess. It was awful, I'm still in pain, and everything was bad.

For one night, this was a good deal. The staff were very friendly and shared useful recommendations, and breakfast was simple but fine for the price. The room and bathroom were clean; the bed looked old but was comfortable. The antique hotel is very close to the port and well located.

We got no sleep at all. Between 01:00 and 04:00, the street was extremely loud as people gathered after the bars closed. The hotel felt very old, and the room smelled of smoke so badly that we couldn't breathe with the balcony door shut. The beds and mattresses were worn out and the environment felt unhealthy. It was a horrible stay. Had we known, we'd have slept in the car.

The breakfast was horrible, and the noise from outside was awful. The toilet was broken, but it was impossible to raise the issue with the owner. Even now, we still haven't heard from the hotel. Staff members just said it wasn't their fault, which made it seem like nobody took responsibility for repairs or upkeep. This was the poorest hotel we've ever stayed in. A shame for Greece.

The quick, easy check-in was a plus, and the hotel is handy for shops, restaurants, and the ferry terminal. Our room on the top floor was okay, but I couldn't get the air conditioning to work. The building badly needs updating, staff seemed a bit indifferent, and breakfast was so-so. The coffee was weak and poor quality.
