For the price, I expected more. Our room had no central heating, only an air conditioning unit that gets switched off when you leave. With the lake nearby and the weather damp and cold, the room stayed uncomfortable through our winter visit and never felt properly warm or dry. The bathroom radiator was broken too, which made showers during our four-day stay really unpleasant. Service was basically absent: they replied directly to messages, but didn't actually help.

Nikos was friendly and polite, and ready to help with whatever we needed. After a long trip on a 42°C day, walking into a room that was wonderfully cool made such a difference. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We were also well placed for cafés and restaurants, and just a short walk from the beautiful lake of Ioannina and the historic castle. The room's modern, minimal style was lovely, and it was comfortable as well. We'll definitely come back!

We never needed the car since the place was so close to the city center. The room was spotless and had all the amenities. Our host was always available and gave us great tips on places to visit. A really good stay, definitely 5/5.

The room was a little small for a couple, but it was worth it for a stay of a few days. It was stylish and had good technology. The location was handy for the port and restaurants, and Nikolaos, the owner, was very kind and helpful, taking care of everything we needed.

The old castle town around the accommodation is charming and quiet. You leave the car outside the walls, then it's a two-minute walk. Inside, everything was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with fantastic design and easy self check-in. Nikolaos still came to greet me and went above and beyond with some things I needed. Such a kind person, great value, and one of the best beds I had during my month in Greece :)
