Arktos Hotel gave us a boutique stay that felt both luxurious and intimate, and I'd definitely return. It's in a peaceful spot just outside the center of Ioannina, surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. The rooms blend modern comfort with traditional stone architecture, and were impeccably clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable. What really stood out was the hospitality: staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond with helpful recommendations and a smile. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ioannina who values comfort, authenticity, and outstanding service.

Katarina welcomes everyone like family, and seems to care most about making her guests happy. She makes a generous, delicious breakfast from scratch and is glad to accommodate requests. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out and have everything you need. Staying at Arktos Hotel feels like going home in the clouds: everything is clean and comfortable. Head up the mountain for those stunning views of Ioannina. You'll remember the stay happily forever!

The view is absolutely amazing, and the hotel isn't far from the center. The service was lovely, especially Katerina, who was such a kind person. Everything was just perfect. I loved it all, and you'll never forget the experience once you've tried it!

The whole place was spotless and very well maintained, and the staff were warm and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hotel sits in a charming village high above Ioannina, with a peaceful feel and stunning panoramic views over the lake and town below. You're literally in the clouds 😉. Our room had a breathtaking view, especially at sunrise and sunset. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend it, and would love to return! 💙
