Parking is a BIG issue, and there’s no reception or person to greet you and offer help. You just get an email with instructions, which they call e-hospitality nowadays. Cleaning is only on request, and I found hair on the linen. The rooms were average for the boutique style they think they’re selling, with cold floors and walls and air-conditioning used for heating. The politeness felt pretentious and unprofessional. I’d stay somewhere else, preferably outside the old city walls. NB. Their reply clearly makes my point. They also made it personal with disrespectful, insulting innuendos about a customer. What a shame.

The owners were friendly and very kind, and the apartment was in a quiet, nice area. The room was modern and cozy. A great choice for exploring Ioannina, thanks to the location.
