It’s a small apartment, but Elena has made it very practical and equipped it with everything. Right in the heart of the city, it’s one of the cleanest and most welcoming places I’ve stayed. The hostess really knows how to make you feel welcome. Thanks, Elena. See you again!

The location is great, and parking is a big plus. The room had lots of little surprises we couldn’t wait to discover. It made for a warm and comfortable getaway in the heart of Ioannina, and the hostess was the best we’ve ever met.

The room is right in the center, so you can walk all around the city center. It was spotless and carefully finished down to every detail, which is something you don’t see often. The hostess Elena was kind and eager to help. Thanks again, we’ll definitely choose this place next time!

Free parking is only 200 meters away, which is a real plus. The apartment is stylish, spotless, and well placed: about a five-minute walk to the city center and old town, and seven minutes to the lake. I highly recommend it!
