The food at the top-floor restaurant was the best we had of all the places we visited. Manager Magda was very professional, and the staff were kind. Parking is 150 meters away. It’s right in the center, and the rooms are well decorated. Book the fifth floor if you want a lake view. We’ll definitely stay again!

The staff were incredibly polite, and the room was cozy, clean and nice. I enjoyed my time here, especially the rooftop restaurant, with great food and reasonable prices. Thank you for the hospitality!

For what we paid, I expected the room to be better maintained and the breakfast to be better. The breakfast was poor.

The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, and always ready with directions around the city. I’ll go back! The hotel is luxurious, right in the heart of Ioannina City, with a modern design and marble decorations throughout. Breakfast was the highlight: local meats and sausages, homemade treats, freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious omelette and tasty homemade pies.

The rooms, wow. Huge beds, crisp clean sheets and a massive shower. The bathroom is marble from floor to ceiling, and you can even play music in there! The staff were incredible, and breakfast was great. Easily the classiest hotel I’ve stayed at in Greece. So glad we booked it, go see for yourself.
