Central Appartment Α1-Marroco Apartment

Parking in the city center is tough, though they can arrange it for 10€. The apartment is spacious enough for a family of 4-5 on a short stay. Its quirky ethnic decor has a fun feel. We managed fine, but you need to switch on the water boiler ahead of time for hot water.

The decor feels high class and exclusive, and the place is right in the city centre. Highly recommended!!!

We paid 104 euros for 3 adults and a child, and the apartment was nowhere near worth it for comfort or practicality. There are 2 double beds and a sofa, but all the other small furniture makes the space feel cramped. The layout is miserable, some doors don't close, and the kitchen was out of use. We were only told it didn't work when we arrived. There was wood fixed in front of it, so it was effectively blocked off. The kitchen setup was tragic: wood screwed onto the kitchen, a microwave on a small table, a few pieces of cutlery on a tray covered by a towel, two plastic stools, a little barrel, and a one-person dining table. We were desperate. The building and apartment are extremely old and uncomfortable. You have to climb 11 steps to reach a two-person elevator, which can't fit you and your luggage. The parking they advertise is far away and underground. It's narrow, low, and curved, and unless you're a very experienced, calm driver, getting in will be a struggle. I know that may sound exaggerated if you haven't seen it, but this specific lot really is like that. Jeeps and tall cars won't fit. It also costs an extra 10 euros, which wasn't mentioned. We had an elderly person with mobility difficulties with us, and he suffered a lot. The two rooms have very dim lighting. There's a small hallway nobody can sit in, packed with decorations that you have to twist and gather so clothes don't fall, plus folding boards and a supposed sofa that hadn't been fixed, and our son fell off it. The bathroom has broken tiles, and the TV was broken, tied with fishing line(!), sitting on a board with cables hanging down. There was very…decor, but no comfort or practicality for that high price. We were willing to pay, but with all the trouble and disappointment inside the apartment, it never felt worth the money. Ms. Vicky seemed helpful, but the access, parking, accommodation, and price were unacceptable.

Vicky was amazing. I booked at the last minute, and she did everything she could to find a room for me for two days, 7,8/12/24, as a solo traveler. The room was spotless and tidy, and I had a whole apartment to myself. The decor is simply non-existent!!! Communication was perfect from our first conversation right through to handing over the key. Bravo, Vicky, keep it up. Of course I’ll choose her again without a second thought next time I visit!
