Kostas was so welcoming and polite, and we found real peace in this amazing house. It's fully equipped and only 6 kilometres from the centre of Ioannina.

The garden has a great view, and the price for what you get is unbeatable. It's a good base for visiting Vikos Gorge and walking around Zagori region. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the owner is very friendly, and dogs are welcome.

The host was very hospitable and had everything ready in the room, including coffee, fresh eggs, and other food. He even said we could get whatever we wanted from the bakery. The beautiful house is very close to the city, yet peaceful. We'd definitely choose it again if we're in the area.

I go to Ioannina regularly, and this is a little house I don't think I'll ever switch from. It's completely new and well kept, with a garden. The dog and kitten are lovely little companions. I can't think of anything I didn't like. Just congratulations.

We really relaxed here. It's close to the city but out in the countryside and peaceful, with a lovely elevated view. The host was kind and ready to help. We enjoyed fresh eggs from the hens and salad straight from the garden. Thanks, Kostas, for the lovely hospitality.
