It was only 100 meters from Perama Cave, and there was parking, so we were pleased overall. The people were really nice and helpful, and we made friends with people nearby in just a day. For a budget stay, it covers the basics. The host was available and welcoming, and the location worked well for us by car. Don't expect too much from the room, but it had what we needed. A three-star hotel in Ioannina starts at 85 euros a night, while we paid 30 here, so it was worth it.

Parking is available on site. The owner doesn't speak English, but he can make himself understood easily, and the staff are friendly. Some bits and pieces were missing, so don't expect too much. For October, it was the best value around.

Everything was fine, and the price felt fair for what the house offered. The location was nice, the room was clean, and the owners were kind. Owner Pavlo is a very kind, good man.

The hotel is close to town and right by the Cave. The owner was really friendly, and even made us a BBQ. No complaints.
