Rhodes Skyline Suites

The view from the terrace was the highlight, stunning at any time of day, and we could enjoy it from the private jacuzzi. It was such a relaxing place to sit and take everything in. The apartment was spotless and beautifully designed, with smart lighting and climate controls that were easy to use, plus high-end entertainment systems. Everything felt modern and worked smoothly. From booking onward, the team was kind, quick to respond, and ready to help with anything. We had a perfect stay in Rhodes and will definitely be back. A huge thank you!

Five stars from me! The apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor are the best. There’s a lovely hot tub and kitchen-living space, and it’s free and clean if you need it. They even have more dental care downstairs, plus a small gym that was closed.

The sea-view bedroom and modern building were the only real positives for us. The other bedrooms face the road, and the noise was awful, with cars and motorbikes going by all night. The walls barely block sound, so it also felt like we could hear every noise from new guests arriving in neighboring apartments. The bright green, blue, and red LED lights at night made it hard to sleep too. You’ll need a sleep mask if you want to rest properly. We stayed for 7 days. A week before arrival, I had booked two bedrooms for two people, then let the company know a third person would join us and asked for towels and bed linen for her. They said that was fine, but didn’t send a payment link or any further instructions. On arrival, we were told there was an extra charge for the third person, which we paid. I asked for invoices for all the payments and was told they’d be provided at check-out, but I never got any receipts. Despite paying extra for the third guest in advance, there were no towels or bed linen for her. On the first day she couldn’t shower properly, so we had to buy towels ourselves at the supermarket. There were ants in the kitchen when we arrived, before we’d brought in or used any food. For three people staying a full 7-day stay, we were given one roll of toilet paper and one half-used roll. We also weren’t told where the garbage area was. Check-out was another problem. I had told them we would leave at 11:00, but a cleaner came in at 10:30 without knocking or checking whether anyone was inside. It felt intrusive and unprofessional. The heating system also took a very long time to warm the apartment. The jacuzzi sounds nice, but filling it took around three hours, and the water pressure was unstable. If anyone else in the building used water, the flow stopped completely, so we only managed to use it once. The €1000 security deposit was another thing to watch. It’s refunded only after around 12 days unless you actively ask for it to be returned sooner a few days before check-out. The building is new, but the service didn’t meet expectations. There wasn’t real comfort or attention to detail, and communication and service were poor. For the same price or even €500-600 less, you can find somewhere much quieter and more comfortable. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. The overall experience was disappointing.

We arrived for late-night check-in and found an apartment that was lower quality than the one in the photos, with only some similarities. We could have worked that out, but when we simply asked why it wasn’t the same place shown, the host got loud and angry straight away. He kicked us out, and when we tried to talk it through again in the hallway, he became truly aggressive. Worst experience ever. Please don’t book there!
