The food, drinks, and service stood out most, with loads of small touches that made this one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Atrium Platinum in Rhodes really was outstanding. The all-inclusive price felt like excellent value given the quality of the meals. We loved handmade pasta with truffle sauce and mushrooms and trout mousse at Porthfyra, seared tuna, sashimi and Mongolian beef at Koi, saganaki prawns at Elia, pizza at Tramonto, plus crusted lamb, liver casserole, and baked aubergine with feta from the buffet. Koi was our favourite speciality restaurant. Cocktails were expertly made with quality ingredients and were properly strong. We especially liked the Atrium Surprise, Bellini, Hugo, Atrium Fizz, and Mule. Our room was spacious and immaculate, with lovely views, beautiful finishes, and a minibar restocked daily as part of the all-inclusive. Ordering drinks through the app was easy and worked brilliantly. The spa was excellent too. The hotel is right by the sea, with an easy promenade walk into a nearby small town and a longer walk of around 45 minutes into Rhodes Town. The pool was very cold, which is a small downside, though maybe that’s deliberate in the intense summer heat. We stayed in October 2025. Julien, Christos, Savvas, and the room cleaning team were warm, professional, and lovely. We’d return without hesitation.

Our ground floor executive suite was fantastic, stylish and comfortable, with a great-sized pool and lovely outdoor space. The staff gave exceptional service, and the food choices covered everything we needed. Thanks for an amazing holiday!

We went with bed and breakfast, which worked well since there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and the prices were reasonable. Breakfast at the hotel was nice, though at times they seemed short-staffed and we had to ask for coffee. We visited in October, and some pool loungers didn’t get sun all day, but there were no problems finding one. The nearby beach doesn’t have its own hotel section. It’s a nice, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The location is pleasant, with restaurants close by and an easy 50 min coastal walk to the old town. A perfectly fine hotel.

The balcony sea view was well worth it, especially for spending a few evenings outside. The hotel was very clean, and the room service brought fresh towels and cleaned twice a day. Staff were welcoming and helpful all the time, and the facilities and service felt high-standard. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices for different tastes. The bar had very good options, though the à la carte restaurants were a bit limited. The app made it quick to order anything, and staff were always there to help. Pool staff were lovely and often invited us to aqua dancing or games. There were lots of activities, so you wouldn’t get bored staying in. It suits families or couples, but isn’t a party hotel. The beach nearby isn’t the best, though it’s easy to reach. You can take a bus from there to town for 2.5€p\p, or a taxi for 10 €. There are restaurants around, but dinner in town or at the hotel is better. Great place to stay.

The app was great and easy to use for poolside orders, restaurant bookings, and trips. The facilities were excellent and the food superb, but the staff made a huge difference. Everyone was friendly, courteous, helpful, efficient, and always greeted us with a smile. We’ve just come back from a wonderful 10 night Premium All Inclusive break. As a couple, we’d have no hesitation returning if we visit Rhodes again. We really couldn’t find anything to criticise. Thank you for a great vacation.
