City Life Apartments

My parents arrived at the apartment on Friday afternoon and found dirty towels, a broken toaster, and poor cleanliness overall. The sofa smelled bad, there was hair on the bedroom sheets, and the duvet had a strong, unpleasant odor. We contacted the manager, who first disputed what we reported and asked for photos. When he came to the apartment, he verbally attacked my parents, who are over 60, pushed my father, threw their belongings out of the room, and took the electricity card. He yelled, “Get out of my business,” and shouted at them to gather their things in the dark after 9:00 PM. He falsely claimed he'd called the police, then eventually called someone he knew. We called the police ourselves. They arrived but couldn't reach him either. My parents left, and we've already filed an official report on the platform. We're also considering a lawsuit over the violence. If you're thinking about staying here, think again.

The balcony on the fourth floor had amazing views. The apartment is just 10 meters from Ioannina's central square.

Only the sheets had been changed, and the apartment itself hadn't been cleaned. We paid for the stay, we weren't there for free. I wouldn't choose it again.

It's hard to get more central than this, and the view is nice too. A top location.
