The five stars hardly seem enough for what this place offers its guests. It was spotless, had a great variety at breakfast, parking spaces, and good communication with the people in charge. Thanks for the excellent hospitality. We'll recommend it and will definitely visit again.

The room was new, cozy, and comfortable, with a large balcony. There's private parking and breakfast, and the hosts are very kind and helpful. One of the best places we've stayed. We'll definitely choose it again.

Excellent service, and parking is available. The room was comfortable, in perfect condition, and came with lots of amenities.

The hosts, Christos and Matina, were warm, friendly, and discreet, and made us feel at ease right away. The location was peaceful but close to the center, hospitals, and universities, and the prices felt very fair for what was offered. The building is new and well insulated, so it stayed lovely and warm. The photos and promises on the site matched what we found. Breakfast supplies were waiting in the cupboards and fridge, with plenty of food choices, cooking tools, and appliances like a toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom was great too, with everything we needed, including a washer and iron. There were two smart TVs, fast free Wi-Fi, a very comfortable orthopedic mattress, and lots of closet and drawer space. Cameras in public areas, including the parking lot, and coded electronic locks added to the sense of security. I was completely happy with my weeklong February vacation and would absolutely stay again. Thanks, Christos and Matina!
