The location is handy, about 100 metres from the centre, and the rooms have all the facilities you need. The housekeeper is always cheerful and polite, which really adds to the stay. You can choose whether you'd like the room cleaned. Parking may seem awkward at first, but it's actually easy, with free spaces behind the apartment. Anastadias House provides excellent service.

Our flight was delayed, but the friendly, professional owners stayed up until around midnight to help us check in. The property may be a bit older, but it was extremely clean, with daily cleaning throughout our stay. The location is excellent.

The staff were friendly, and the air-conditioned room was very clean. I think all the rooms have a balcony, as far as I know. Mine faced the backyard, so it was quiet, and the location was really nice, just a three-minute walk from the Neos Marmaras boardwalk. The pillows felt quite hard and weren't the best, and there was no shower curtain. Still, all in all, I had a nice stay.

Theodora was great and shared lots of useful tips. The place was super clean and well equipped, with a bakery and supermarket right by the hotel. The location is amazing, just 20 metres from the Marina and all the restaurants. You can park your car at the marina.

The building and rooms were VERY CLEAN, and the staff were very polite. They changed our towels and cleaned the room almost every day. We could walk to the centre of Neos Marmaras in just a couple of metres, and there's a Lidl supermarket nearby, along with cafes, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are beautiful, and the hotel is well placed for some of Chalkidiki's prettiest beaches, including Akti Kalogrias, Lagomandra, Agios Ioannis Riviera, Akti Koviou, and Spathies. Definitely recommend!
