Although the place is on the small side, it has what you need for a comfortable stay and was clean, neat, and just as listed. The location worked really well for us, about a five-minute walk to downtown and close to the historic center, with restaurants, cafés, and shops all around. Our host was especially welcoming and helpful. She put out several tasty breakfast choices every morning, which made us feel at home. A cozy, well-situated place with lovely hospitality, highly recommended.

Hypnos Cozy Living is ideally placed for getting to the city center and nearby sights. Our host was welcoming and always ready to help. The room had a great minimalist look, and both it and the breakfast area were clean and met Covid protocols. We had a great stay and would gladly return.

We left the car in a public parking spot a few hundred meters away, then got useful recommendations for local restaurants and bars from our host, Dimos. The rooms are spacious and minimalist, and breakfast was a generous homemade spread. A fantastic stay in central Ioannina, with a friendly host.

We arrived without planning ahead and ended up having a great two-night stay. The owner was friendly and always helpful, sharing recommendations and information about Ioannina and the surrounding area. Our room was cozy, modern, and perfectly clean, with a patio where I enjoyed a good breakfast. The place is newly built within a renovated old-town house, set away from the main road. The cathedral is about a two-minute walk away. I can recommend it 100%!

The hotel is worth staying at, even though it's not very big and the breakfast wasn't amazing. The rooms are modern and clean, with Netflix, and the location is great.
