Violeta welcomed us, shared tips on what to see and do, and made us feel right at home. She was absolutely lovely, as was the whole team. The hotel itself was incredible: our room was spacious, warm, and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was large, and I'd definitely stay here again.

It's well placed in Ioannina, close to the old town, lake, cafés, shops, and main attractions, while still calm enough to unwind. The service was exceptional from arrival. The whole team was warm and attentive, especially Violeta, whose kindness, helpfulness, and welcoming smile made our stay even more memorable. We had a wonderful visit and would happily return. Whether you're coming as a couple, with family, or for a short break, this boutique hotel is a must.

The team cleaned our room every day and greeted us warmly at reception, morning, day, and night. They made sure we were comfortable and that everything was clean. The rooms are distinctive, and the services are practical and top tier. This hotel feels magical and truly special. It's a beautiful place, just minutes from local walks, shops, and the sights and sounds of the area. Breakfast was both delicious and nutritious. A perfect place to stay.

It’s a charming, distinctive place to stay inside the Ioannina Castle walls. If you're driving a hire car, parking within the castle can be a little tricky to find, but it's worth it once you're there. Ialna Boutique Hotel is stunning, stylish, and modern. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless, and comfortable, and the staff are warm and welcoming, going out of their way to make you feel at home. A wonderful stay from start to finish, highly recommend!
