The lake view was stunning, and everything was easy to get to from this location. The place was spotless and clearly well cared for. We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived and had a fantastic stay.

You get a real Greek feel with the little tables and chairs outside. The food was great, the interior was lovely, and the team were welcoming and friendly. Prices were fair too. I loved this place and would definitely come back.

The lake view was perfect, and the staff were very helpful. We were out on an excursion and came back in the evening to find the room looking as if we’d just arrived. They clean it every day, and it was very clean to begin with. The mattress was fantastic, and the TV had Netflix and novasports. It’s 6 km from the center of Ioannina, but the stay made up for the distance.

The restaurant connected to O Fotis served wonderful salads and a really unusual chicken dish with figs, raisins, peppers and onions. There was so much food that we couldn’t finish it, even after a full day of cycling and climbing a pass!!!! The studio apartments are quiet, clean and comfortable, with a wonderful lake view from the balcony. The proprietor was friendly and went out of his way to help us.

I had the sweet and spicy chicken, and there are plenty of other things to choose from on the menu. We’ve been coming here for years, and the service is always fast and excellent. I’d suggest booking a table before you go.
