Free parking was a real bonus, and the location made it easy to explore Ioannina on foot. We stayed for four nights after New Year's Eve. The rate was fair and the cleanliness was good enough for us. It’s one of the city’s oldest hotels, so some areas could use renovation, but that didn’t bother us.
