We loved staying at The Offset, right in the historic part of Ioannina. The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Kimon, the host, was welcoming and attentive from the start, and gave us helpful suggestions for restaurants, monuments, and local sweet shops. We had a fantastic getaway and can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Despite being close enough to walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions, the area stayed wonderfully quiet. Parking was easy, and getting out of town without dealing with city traffic was a plus. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern design, and felt like good value. Ideal location. Highly recommend!

We had a warm welcome, quick check-in, and even got a room upgrade. On a hot day, the apartment temperature was comfortable, which was much appreciated. It's a characterful, unique hotel in a superb location, with plenty of parking. Great from beginning to end!

A clean, simple, quiet apartment. Everything felt modern, and it had a coffee maker plus a nice shower and bathroom.

We had everything our family of six needed in this renovated accommodation near central Ioannina. There were two double beds, a double sofa bed, and a kitchen with an oven. The coffee machine capsules provided were a nice surprise. A few small things would help: a hook or rack for coats by the entrance, a shower shelf for the sponge and similar items, and a dish rack for drying washed glasses and dishes. We'll probably stay again on our next trip to Ioannina.
