The host was polite and so helpful, and the clean, beautiful space had everything we might need. The location was great, close to pretty much everything. All in all, a delightful stay.

There are lots of restaurants to choose from nearby, and the lake and castle of Ioannina are close too. This traditional guesthouse has cozy, clean rooms, and the staff are kind, friendly and helpful.

Everything is within a five-minute walk, including restaurants, cafés and shops. The room was well cared for, with heating and hot water available all day and night. It’s on a quiet pedestrian street beside the castle and lake. Mr. Theodosis was very helpful, with spot-on advice and suggestions.

We got accurate information about the room when we called to book, which was helpful. It’s a small, quiet room with everything you might need, and shops are very close by. The place is pet-friendly, too. I’d come back.

There’s a pleasant back courtyard where you can sit and have your coffee, and the room itself was clean. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom looked nice. It’s inexpensive for this location. I wouldn’t really call it a hotel, though, and the one downside is that there’s no parking.
