Centro Urban Stay Hotel

Someone booked a room using my phone while I was swimming at a beach in Turkey. When I got back to our things, I saw the emails and tried to cancel straight away. How could I book a room in Greece for the same night while I was in Turkey? I'm not Superwoman who can fly there by magic. Our cash had also been taken from our wallet. I asked the hotel to refund my money and they refused. Are they expecting me to swim with my phone to keep it safe? They're scammers! I'll contact the bank today to get the money back and add them to my scammers list.

The room was spacious and nice, and getting to the center on foot is easy, though the hotel is a little farther out. Breakfast was okay. I'd like to see more variety in local products.

I've stayed at this modern, beautifully decorated hotel many times, and the rooms are always very clean. The manager is a wonderful woman, cheerful and ready to help with any request. I'll keep coming back.

The beds were comfortable and the coffee at breakfast was good, though breakfast itself was very basic. I wouldn't personally recommend the hotel. Staff are only there from morning until 4pm, and that hadn't been explained to us beforehand. They apparently had no contact details for us, even though we'd booked through Agoda. We got there before 2pm and asked to leave our luggage with the receptionist. At first she suggested leaving it in the hallway that all guests use, but agreed when I asked if it could go behind the reception desk. Both the room and entrance door use a code. The garage entrance was so narrow that I didn't dare drive the rental car in. The hotel is on a busy road, which made it hard to sleep with the window open.
